Yes, custom push notifications and alerts can be created in TOKN.
Yes! All Broadcast Messages can be customised to be sent to predefined lists, or to your entire workforce. These lists can be pulled from your connection to Xero, MYOB, IFS, SAP or any other API based connection.

TOKN uses standard push messaging and broadcast messaging services to notify the user of any actions. Push messaging notifies the user of a pending action even when the app is closed. For example, the user might be alerted to the fact they have an outstanding action to complete.

TOKN also has a unique optional Broadcast Messaging Service that alerts all connected users to updates, on any device, at any time. TOKN’s current clients use this service for legislation updates, policy updates, safety headlines, cyclone warnings, COVID-19 updates and more.

Each broadcast is categorised (low, medium, high & extreme importance) and can include images as required. These can be easily sent from a central, web-based system to all connected users.

Anyone with access to the Broadcast Messaging Widget in the TOKN Console can send broadcast messages, whether they be an admin or a standard user. The administrator can easily allocate the broadcast messaging widget to any individual with a TOKN Console login.
Priority levels for broadcast messages can be customised to suit each business. For example, in a mining & mining services setting the priority levels may be set to “Category 1, 2 or 3” to match cyclone categories in the Pilbara, where in a medical or aged care setting, these may be “Code Red, Blue & Black” to suit standard protocols.
