Problem
With over 1200 kilometres of transmission and distribution pipelines delivering energy to customers in multiple states, Solstice Energy ensures safe and reliable heat for homes, businesses and large industrial facilities.
Solstice Energy operates in a regulated industry, and has a growing, mobile workforce that often operates remotely on critical infrastructure projects across Tasmania and Victoria. Ensuring workforce safety, real-time connectivity, and engagement presented ongoing challenges.
Previously, Solstice Energy relied on manual, paper-based processes that required extensive data re-entry, leading to prolonged HR and payroll processing times, higher administrative costs, and inefficiencies in time entry and leave management.
